Create Your Account
Click the "Register as a Coach" button above or navigate to the Registration page from the main menu.
- Fill in your username, email address, and create a strong password
- Select "Register as a Coach" by checking the checkbox
- Upload a profile photo (optional)

Select Your School
Choose your school from the dropdown menu. This will determine which teams you can coach.
- Select your school from the dropdown list
- If your school is not listed, please contact the administrators
- Once you select a school, the system will show available teams

Select Your Teams
Choose the teams you coach from the list of available teams at your school.
- Select at least one team by checking the corresponding boxes
- You can select multiple teams if you coach more than one
- If your team is not listed, please contact the administrators

Submit Registration
Review your information and submit your registration for approval.
- Check that all your information is correct
- Click the "Register" button to submit your application
- You'll receive a confirmation message that your registration is pending approval

Wait for Approval
An administrator will review your registration and approve your coach account.
During the approval process, you'll see a "Pending Approval" message when you log in. Approval typically takes 1-2 business days. If you need urgent access, please contact us through the Contact page.
Using the Coach Dashboard
Once your coach account is approved, you'll have access to the Coach Dashboard. Here's how to use it:
Accessing Your Dashboard
After logging in, click on "Coach Dashboard" in the navigation menu or from your profile dropdown.
The dashboard provides an overview of your teams, upcoming events, and golfer performance statistics.
Managing Your Teams
In the "Your Teams" section, you can view and manage all your teams.
- Click "Manage Team" to view team details and golfers
- Use "Edit Team" to update team information
- Click "Add Golfer" to add new players to your team
Adding and Managing Golfers
To add a new golfer to your team:
- Navigate to a team's detail page
- Click "Add New Golfer"
- Fill in the golfer's information (name, gender, seed)
- Upload a photo (optional)
- Click "Add Golfer" to save
For existing golfers, you can:
- View detailed performance by clicking "View Details"
- Edit golfer information with the "Edit" button
- Remove golfers from your team using "Delete" (only if they haven't participated in events)
Joining Events and Tournaments
To register your team for events:
- Click "Browse Events" in the Quick Actions section
- Browse available events or use the search function to find specific tournaments
- For each event, you'll see a list of your teams that can participate
- Click "Join Event" to register a team for a specific event
- All golfers on your team will be automatically registered for the event
Managing Golf Scorecards
During active events, you can manage your golfers' scorecards:
- Click "Manage Golf Cards" from the dashboard
- View all editable and non-editable cards
- Use the "Edit Card" button for active events to record scores
- Enter stroke values for each hole - they save automatically
- Review performance statistics and par differentials
Analyzing Performance
The dashboard provides valuable insights on golfer performance:
- View top performers based on average score
- Track golfers' improvements over time
- Analyze performance by course
- Export analytics as PDF reports for review
Exporting Data
You can generate PDF reports of your team data:
- Click "Export Analytics PDF" to generate a comprehensive report of team performance
- Click "Export Golf Cards PDF" to generate scorecards for your golfers
- Use these reports for team meetings or parent conferences

How long does the approval process take?
The approval process typically takes 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your account is approved.
What if my school or team isn't listed?
If your school or team isn't available in the system, please use the Contact page to request the addition. Provide your school name, team details, and your role as coach.
Can I coach multiple teams?
Yes, you can coach multiple teams. During registration, you can select all the teams you coach at your school.
What should I do if I'm not approved?
If your account hasn't been approved after 2 business days, please reach out through the Contact page. Provide your username and registration date.
Can I edit tournament scores after an event has ended?
No, scorecards are only editable during active events. Once an event has ended, the scores are finalized.
Can I transfer a golfer between teams?
To transfer a golfer between teams, you'll need to contact an administrator through the Contact page.
