Welcome to TKDS GOLF ("TKDS", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and golf tournament management services (collectively, the "Services"). 2. User Accounts

3. Tournament Registration and Participation

By registering for tournaments through our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and golf-related information
• Pay all applicable registration fees
• Comply with tournament rules and regulations
• Attend the tournaments you register for or provide appropriate notice of cancellation
• Conduct yourself in a sportsmanlike manner
• Allow us to record and publish your scores and statistics

4. User Content

Our Services may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Services, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content on or through the Services, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Services. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Services and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

In no event shall TKDS Golf, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Injuries or accidents that occur during tournament participation

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
